143ד. מכשירי מסירה אלחוטיים
תיקון: 1946, תשע״ו
(התקנה בטלה למעט לעניין הסמכויות הקבועות בתקנות 72, 74 עד 77, 119 ו־145):
כל אדם שיהיו באחיזתו או בשליטתו כל מכשיר מסירה אלחוטי או כל חלק של מכשיר כזה, בלי שהורשה על־כך בתעודת־היתר שהוענקה בידי מפקד צבאי או מטעמו, או באופן אחר מאשר בהתאם לדבריה ולתנאיה של כל תעודת־היתר כזאת, יאשם בעבירה על התקנות האלה.
