21. קביעה כללית בדבר פרוצידורה
כל שפיטה בבית־משפט צבאי הנוהג באופן תכוף, וביחס לכל עניין של פרוצידורה, שלא נקבע בתקנות האלה, ינקוט בית־המשפט באותו מהלך שיהיה נראה לבית־המשפט כמתכוון ביותר לעשות משפט־צדק.
