55. ביקורה גזרי־דין בידי הרמטכ״ל
תיקון: תש״ח
הרמטכ״ל רשאי לבקר בכל זמן – אם נראה לו כי מועיל הדבר לעשות כן – גזר־דין של בית־משפט צבאי שקויים וכוחו יהיה יפה – לאחר אותה ביקורת – להמתיק את גזר־הדין או למחול עליו, לגמול יחס מיוחד, או להמיר את גזר־הדין בגזר־דין פחות ממנו, שהיה בית־המשפט עשוי לגמלו.
