בתקנות אלה –
”המנהל“ – (נמחקה);
”נציג המנהל“ – נציג המנהל שהורשה לפי תקנה 2;
”רשות הרישוי“ – רשות הרישוי כמשמעותה בתקנות הרשיונות;
”תקנות הרשיונות“ – תקנות הטיס (רשיונות לעובדי טיס), התשמ״א–1981;
”תקנות התיעוד“ – תקנות הטיס (תיעוד כלי טיס וחלקיהם), התשל״ז–1977;
”תעודת הרשאה“ – תעודת הרשאה שניתנה לפי תקנה 3;
”תעודת סוג“ – כמשמעותה בתקנות התיעוד.
