16. איסורים של פקידי ברית הפיקוח
(א)פקידי ברית פיקוח העוסקים בביקורת חשבונות של אגודה החברה בה, לא יכהנו כחברים במועצה ובועד של אותה אגודה.
(ב)אין באמור בתקנת משנה (א) כדי למנוע מחברי הרשויות הנבחרות של ברית הפיקוח לכהן כחברים במועצה ובועד של אגודות אחרות החברות בה.
