17. התנהגות מקצועית בין בריתות הפיקוח
(א)ברית הפיקוח לא תטפל באגודה שהיא חברה בברית פיקוח אחרת, אלא לאחר קבלת הסכמתה בכתב של ברית הפיקוח האחרת.
(ב)ברית פיקוח לא תציע משרה, במישרין או בעקיפין, לפקיד של ברית פיקוח אחרת, אלא אם הודיעה לה על כך וקיבלה הסכמתה, ובלבד שברית פיקוח תהיה רשאית לנהל משא ומתן עם כל אדם שנענה למודעות ברית פיקוח בעתונות.
