8. נוסח חוות דעת
תיקון: תשס״א
(א)חוות דעת מבקר החשבונות תינתן לפי הוראות תקנות רואי החשבון (דרך פעולתו של רואה חשבון), התשל״ג–1973, וכפי שמורות הוראות אחרות החלות על חוות דעת רואי חשבון בישראל.
(ב)בחוות הדעת יצוין כי הדוחות הכספיים ערוכים, או שאינם ערוכים, לפי הענין, בנושאים מסוימים בהתאם לתקנות הדוחות.
