תיקון: תשמ״א, תשס״א, תשס״ה
חוות דעת המבקר כאמור בתקנה 8 תיחתם ביד מבקר החשבונות בציון שמו ותוארו, ואם הוא חבר בתאגיד, בצירוף שמו המלא של התאגיד, ואם עסק בביקורת החשבונות מטעם ברית פיקוח – גם שמה של ברית הפיקוח.
