1. הגדרות
תיקון: תשס״א, תשפ״ה
בתקנות אלה –
”אמצעי תקשורת אלקטרוניים“ – (נמחקה);
”דיוור ישיר“ – (נמחקה);
”לקוח“ – לרבות לקוח פוטנציאלי;
”פרסומת“ – למעט מסירת מידע במענה לפנייתו של אדם מסוים, הנועד לשימושו ולא לשם הפצתו לאחרים;
”פרסום ברשות הרבים“ – (נמחקה);
”שירותים נלווים“ – תחומי עיסוק נוספים שרואי חשבון רשאים לעסוק בהם, נוסף על עיסוקם בראיית החשבון כמשמעותה בחוק.
