2. הגשת כתב אישום
(א)כתב אישום יוגש לבית דין של ערכאה ראשונה במסירת ארבעה עתקים ממנו למשרד הרישום.
(ב)היה יותר מנאשם אחד, יוגשו עתקים נוספים של כתב האישום כמספר הנאשמים הנוספים.
