3. אישור הגשת כתב אישום
(א)בכל משרד רישום ינוהל פנקס משפטים ובו יירשמו כל כתבי האישום המוגשים לבית הדין.
(ב)דבר הגשתו של כתב האישום –
(1)יירשם בפנקס המשפטים על ידי מי שנשיא בית הדין מינה אותו לכך;
(2)יקויים בחתימת ידו של מי שערך את הרישום ובהטבעת חותמת בית הדין על כל אחד מעתקי כתב האישום.
(ג)עותק מקויים אחד מכתב האישום יוחזר למגישו.
