27. הגשת בקשה
הוראות תקנה 25 יחולו על בקשה לשחרור בערבות לפי סעיף 243א לחוק, בשינויים המחוייבים לפי הענין; אולם לא ידון נשיא בית הדין או אב בית הדין בבקשה שלא בפני בעלי הדין, אלא אם ניתנה להם הודעה מוקדמת כאמור בסעיף 37 לחוק סדר הדין הפלילי, תשכ״ה–1965.
