37. אישור הגשת ערעור
(א)במשרד הרישום של בית־הדין הצבאי לערעורים ינוהל פנקס ערעורים, ובו יירשמו כל כתבי הערעור המוגשים לבית הדין.
(ב)דבר הגשת הערעור ותאריך הגשתו יקויימו בחותמת ובחתימת ידו של מי שהוסמך לערוך את הרישום על כל אחד מעתקי כתב הערעור, בדרך הקבועה בתקנה 3, בשינויים המחוייבים לפי הענין.
(ג)עותק מקויים אחד מכתב הערעור יוחזר למגישו.
