4. דמי ניהול מרביים בקופות גמל אחרות
חברה מנהלת של קרן השתלמות, קופת גמל בניהול אישי, קופת גמל מרכזית, קופת גמל לדמי מחלה, קופת גמל לחופשה וקופת גמל למטרה אחרת, רשאית לגבות דמי ניהול מיתרת הכספים הצבורה בחשבונו של כל עמית, בשיעור שלא יעלה על 2% לשנה.
