105. זכות המדינה להתיר ניצול אמצאה
השר רשאי, אם ראה שהדבר דרוש למטרות המנויות בסעיף 104, ליתן היתר לפיו גם לאדם הפועל על פי חוזה עם המדינה, כדי להבטיח או להקל את ביצועו של החוזה, ולצרכי המדינה בלבד.
