שר המשפטים ימנה ועדה לעניני פיצויים ותמלוגים שתכריע בתביעות לפיצויים ותמלוגים לפי סימן זה; חברי הועדה יהיו שופט בית המשפט העליון, הרשם וחבר נוסף מתוך חבר המורים של מוסד להשכלה גבוהה, כמשמעותו בחוק המועצה להשכלה גבוהה, תשי״ח–1958.
