132. אמצאות עקב שירות
(א)אמצאה של עובד, שהגיע אליה עקב שירותו ובתקופת שירותו (להלן – אמצאת שירות), תקום לקנין מעבידו, אם אין ביניהם הסכם אחר לענין זה, זולת אם ויתר המעביד על האמצאה תוך ששה חדשים מיום שנמסרה לו ההודעה לפי סעיף 131.
(ב)הודיע העובד בהודעתו לפי סעיף 131 כי בהעדר תשובה נוגדת של המעביד, תוך ששה חדשים מיום מתן הודעת העובד, תקום האמצאה לקנין העובד, ולא נתן המעביד תשובה נוגדת כאמור, לא תקום האמצאה לקנין המעביד.
