131. הודעה על אמצאות
עובד חייב להודיע למעבידו בכתב על כל אמצאה שהגיע אליה עקב שירותו או בתקופת שירותו, סמוך ככל האפשר לאחר שהמציא אותה, וכן על כל בקשת פטנט שהגיש.
