134. תמורה בעד אמצאת שירות
באין הסכם הקובע אם זכאי העובד לתמורה בעד אמצאת שירות, ובאיזו מידה ובאילו תנאים, ייקבע הדבר על ידי הועדה לעניני פיצויים ותמלוגים שהוקמה לפי פרק ו׳.
