159. שימוש בסמכות על־ידי הרשם
הרשם ישתמש בסמכות שניתנה לו לפי חוק זה לאחר שנתן הזדמנות לכל אדם העלול, לדעתו של הרשם, להיפגע מהחלטתו, להשמיע את טענותיו בפניו.
