158. סגן הרשם
תיקון: תשס״א
(א)שר המשפטים רשאי למנות סגן רשם.
(ב)סגן רשם יהיה אדם הכשיר להיות שופט של בית משפט מחוזי.
(ג)סגן רשם רשאי למלא כל תפקיד המוטל על הרשם לפי חוק זה, למעט תפקידים וסמכויות לפי סעיף 109 ולפי פרק ז׳; סגן הרשם ימלא את תפקידיו לפי הוראות חוק זה ומוקנות לו, לשם מילוי תפקידיו, הסמכויות הנתונות לרשם בחוק זה.
(ד)כל פעולה שנעשתה כדין על ידי סגן רשם דינה, לענין חוק זה, כדין פעולה שנעשתה על ידי הרשם.
