184. סייג להענקת פיצויים בפטנט שבוטל בחלקו
בוטל חלק מפטנט שעל הפרתו הוגשה תביעה, אין בכך בלבד כדי לשלול מהתובע פיצויים על ההפרה; אולם רשאי בית המשפט שלא להעניק פיצויים אם התביעות שבפירוט של הפטנט המקורי לא נוסחו בתום לב או אם נוסחו שלא בצורה ברורה.
