189. יועץ מדעי
(א)בהליכים לפי חוק זה רשאי בית המשפט למנות לו יועץ מדעי אשר יסייע לו בגביית הראיות וייעץ לו, אך לא יטול חלק במתן פסק הדין.
(ב)שכר היועץ המדעי ייקבע על ידי בית המשפט וישולם מאוצר המדינה.
