188. בית המשפט המוסמך לפי חוק זה
(א)בית המשפט לענין חוק זה, זולת לענין תביעת הפרה, הוא בית המשפט המחוזי בירושלים; אולם שר המשפטים רשאי, בצו, להורות שהסמכות של בית משפט לפי חוק זה תהיה גם בידי בתי משפט מחוזיים אחרים שקבע.
פורסם צו הפטנטים (סמכות בית המשפט המחוזי בתל־אביב־יפו), תשכ״ט–1969 לפיו תהיה הסמכות של בית משפט לפי החוק נתונה גם בידי בית המשפט המחוזי בתל־אביב־יפו.
(ב)בית המשפט לענין תביעות הפרה הוא בית המשפט המחוזי שיש לו שיפוט בענין לפי כל דין אחר.
