80. העברת בעלות בפטנט משותף
כל אחד מן השותפים בפטנט רשאי להעביר את הבעלות על חלקו בלא הסכמת הבעלים האחרים, זולת אם הוסכם אחרת בין הצדדים ודבר ההסכם נרשם בפנקס.
