88. רשיון לניצול פטנט משותף
(א)רשיון לניצול פטנט שבבעלות משותפת לא יוענק אלא בהסכמת כל השותפים.
(ב)אין בסעיף זה כדי לגרוע מסמכות בית המשפט לפי סעיף 81.
