89. שעבוד פטנט
בעל פטנט רשאי בכתב לשעבד את הפטנט או את ההכנסות ממנו או את שניהם, ובמידה שאין בחוק זה הוראות אחרות בנדון זה, יחול על השעבוד חוק המשכון, תשכ״ז–1967.
