1. בקשה
תשלום ריבית לפי סעיף 69א לחוק שלא לפי פסק־דין של בית דין לביטוח לאומי ייעשה על־ידי המוסד על־פי בקשה בכתב מהזכאי; אולם רשאי המוסד לשלם את הריבית עם החזרת הכספים שנגבו בטעות או שלא כדין אף ללא קבלת הבקשה.
