2. תשלום הריבית לפי המען האחרון
המוסד ישלח בדואר רשום את ההמחאה בסכום הריבית לזכאי לכך לפי המען האחרון שנמסר על־ידיו למוסד. לא תחושב יותר ריבית לגבי התקופה שלאחר מועד משלוח ההמחאה, אף אם הוחזרה ההמחאה למוסד מחמת שהמען שנמסר כאמור לא היה נכון.
