3. חובה לקבל רישיון
תיקון: תשס״ה
(א)לא תיתן רשות הרישוי רישיון אלא אם כן מפקח עבודה אישר את המיתקן.
(ב)לא יאחסן אדם נפט אלא במקום שאישר מפקח עבודה.
(ג)לא ישנה אדם מיתקן אלא באישור מפקח עבודה.
