2. הוראות משלימות בדבר חישוב שכר העבודה הרגיל
בחישוב שכר העבודה הרגיל של עובד יובאו בחשבון –
(1)דמי פגיעה לפי סימן ד׳ לפרק ג׳ לחוק;
(2)תמורת חופשה לפי חוק חופשה שנתית, תשי״א–1951;
(3)דמי מחלה;
(4)תגמול לפי סעיף 127סט לחוק;
(5)דמי אבטלה לפי פרק ו׳1 לחוק.
