(א)נכה החולק על החלטתו של רופא מוסמך מחוזי רשאי לערור עליה לפני הרופא המוסמך המרחבי.
(ב)נכה החולק על החלטת רופא מוסמך מרחבי רשאי לערור עליה לפני הרופא המוסמך הראשי.
