5. קבלת טיפול במוסד מוסמך
תיקון: תשס״ח
נכה שנקבע לו טיפול על ידי רופא מוסמך מחוזי או על ידי רופא מוסמך מרחבי, או על ידי רופא מוסמך ראשי, יפנה למוסד המוסמך שקבע הרופא למתן הטיפול ויקבל את הטיפול שנקבע.
