4. זכאות למימון בדיקה
אישה בהיריון שגילה היה 37 שנים לפחות בתחילת ההיריון, או שלהנחת דעתו של רופא אחראי קיימת אפשרות סבירה שוולדה עלול לסבול מהפרעות גנטיות, מחלות או מומים מלידה, הניתנים לאבחנה, זכאית למימון בדיקת אבחנה פולשנית בהיריון בהתאם לתקנות אלה.
