6. הוריו או אפוטרופסו של הנער
פרט למקרים שבהם יש לנער בא־כוח משפטי, על בית־המשפט, להרשות לאביו או לאמו או לאפוטרופסו לעזור לנער בהנהלת הגנתו, ובית המשפט רשאי להתיעץ עם אביו או אמו או אפורטופסו ועם פקיד המבחן לטובתו של הנער.
