Section 4 of תקנות רופאי השיניים (תנאים למתן פטור מחובת בחינה), התשע״ו–2016, אי־מתן פטור לנכשלים בבחינה.
4. אי־מתן פטור לנכשלים בבחינה
(א)לא יינתן פטור מבחינה לפי תקנות אלה למי שניגש לבחינה ונכשל בה לפני או אחרי תחילתן של תקנות אלה, למעט מתן פטור לפי תקנת משנה (ב).
(ב)רופא שיניים מחוץ לישראל כאמור בתקנות 2 ו־3, זכאי לקבלת פטור מבחינה כדלהלן:
(1)פטור מבחינה מעשית ועיונית – אם עסק כאמור 5 שנים לפחות לאחר מועד הבחינה האחרונה שאליה ניגש;
(2)פטור מהבחינה העיונית – אם עמד בהצלחה בבחינה המעשית.
