12. סמכות נותן האישור
אין בתקנות אלה כדי לגרוע מסמכותו של נותן האישור לפי חוק אוויר נקי לקבוע תנאים ברישיון עסק של תחנת דלק מסוימת או לתת לה תנאים מוקדמים למתן הרישיון, לפי הוראות סעיף 33(ב) לחוק אוויר נקי.
