111. תחילת הדיון
(א)הזמן והמקום אשר בו יתחיל בית המשפט הצבאי לדון במשפט פלוני יקבע בידי נשיא בית המשפט או בהתאם להוראותיו.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א) יישב דן יחיד בדין באותם זמנים ומקומות שיורה עליהם הוא עצמו.
