136. הגדרות
בסימן זה –
”בית משפט צבאי לנוער“ – בית משפט צבאי של ערכאה ראשונה, כשיושב בו דן יחיד שהוא שופט נוער או מותב שבו אב בית הדין הוא שופט נוער;
”קטין“ – מי שטרם מלאו לו שמונה עשרה שנים, ולענין חשוד ונאשם לרבות מי שביום הגשת כתב האישום נגדו לא מלאו לו שמונה עשרה שנים.
