138. שפיטת קטין
תיקון: 1822
(א)על אף האמור בכל דין ותחיקת בטחון, הדיון בעבירה שהואשם בה קטין יהיה בפני בית משפט צבאי לנוער.
(א1)בית משפט צבאי לנוער ידון בדלתיים סגורות, אולם רשאי הוא להרשות לאדם או לסוגי בני אדם, לרבות לנפגע העבירה, להיות נוכחים בשעת הדיון, כולו או מקצתו.
(ב)הוראות סעיף זה לא יחולו על הליכי מעצר ושחרור לפי הוראות סימן ג׳ לפרק ג׳ לצו זה.
