144. הזמן להעמדת קטין לדין
תיקון: 1676, 1814
אין להעמיד אדם לדין בשל עבירה שביצע בהיותו קטין אם עברה שנה מיום ביצועה, ולעניין עבירה המנויה בתוספת השלישית שביצע בהיותו קטין, אם עברו שנתיים מיום ביצועה, אלא בהסכמת התובע הצבאי הראשי בפרקליטות הצבאית, או מי שהוסמך על ידו לעניין זה.
