178. שמיעת הורה לקטין
תיקון: 1770
לא יעשה בית המשפט הצבאי שמוש בסמכותו לפי סעיפים 176, 177 או 180 אם יש בכך כדי לחייב את הורה הקטין או אפוטרופוסו, אלא לאחר שניתנה להורה או לאפוטרופוס הזדמנות נאותה להשמיע טענותיו.
