186ט. זכות לקבל מידע על מאסר או משמורת אחרת
תיקון: 1799, 1982, 2099, 2136, 2167, 2220, 2263, 2299
(החל מיום 30.12.2026): נפגע עבירת מין או אלימות שביקש זאת, זכאי לכך שהגופים המפורטים בתוספת השמינית יידעו אותו על מהלך מאסרו של הנידון, או על מהלך שהייתו של הנאשם או הנידון במשמורת חוקית אחרת בעקבות העבירה, לרבות לענין זכותו לפי סעיף 186יט כמפורט באותה תוספת.
