אי קיום זכות מהזכויות הקבועות בצו זה אין בו כשלעצמו כדי לפסול הליך פלילי, או כדי להוות עילה למשפט פלילי או אזרחי נגד רשות ציבורית או עובד ציבור; ואולם אין בהוראות סעיף זה כדי למנוע נקיטת הליך משמעתי לפי כל דין.
