(החל מיום 30.12.2026): נפגע עבירה זכאי לקבל את מלוא זכויותיו לפי הוראות סימן זה, אלא אם כן סבר פרקליט אזור יהודה והשומרון, כי מטעמי ביטחון או מטעמים מיוחדים שיירשמו אין להעניק לנפגע העבירה את זכויותיו.
