187. הגדרות

בפרק זה –
”עבירה“ – מעשה, מחדל או נסיון, שהם בני עונשין לפי דין או תחיקת בטחון;
”רשות מוסמכת“ – רשויות צה״ל, וכן גוף אחר הפועל מכוחו של מפקד כוחות צה״ל באזור. למען הסר ספק, לא יראו כרשות מוסמכת את הרשות הפלסטינית, כהגדרתה במנשר בדבר יישום הסכם הביניים (יהודה והשומרון) (מס׳ 7), התשנ״ו–1995, או גופים אחרים הפועלים מכוחה.
