199ב. פטור עקב חרטה לניסיון
תיקון: 1754
מי שניסה לעבור עבירה, לא יישא באחריות פלילית לנסיון, אם הוכיח שמחפץ נפשו בלבד ומתוך חרטה, חדל מהשלמת המעשה או תרם תרומה של ממש למניעת התוצאות שבהן מותנית השלמת העבירה; ואולם, אין באמור כדי לגרוע מאחריותו הפלילית בשל עבירה מושלמת אחרת שבמעשה.
