מלבד אם נאמר בדין או בתחיקת בטחון או משתמע מהם אחרת, כל דין או תחיקת בטחון החלים על הביצוע העיקרי של העבירה המושלמת חלים גם על ניסיון, שידול, ניסיון לשידול או סיוע, לאותה עבירה.
