206ז. טעות במצב דברים
תיקון: 1754
(א)העושה מעשה בדמותו מצב דברים שאינו קיים, לא יישא באחריות פלילית אלא במידה שהיה נושא בה אילו היה המצב לאמיתו כפי שדימה אותו.
(ב)סעיף קטן (א) יחול גם על עבירת רשלנות, ובלבד שהטעות היתה סבירה, ועל עבירה של אחריות קפידה בכפוף לאמור בסעיף 197(ב).
