207. עבירות של תאגיד
נתחייב בדין תאגיד, בעבירה על תחיקת בטחון או על הדין, יראו כל אדם שהיה בזמן העבירה מנהלו או פקידו של התאגיד, כאשם באותה עבירה אלא אם כן יוכח שהעבירה בוצעה בלא ידיעתו או שהוא נקט בכל האמצעים הסבירים למניעת ביצועה.
